		Orbital Tube Welded and Precision Welded Assemblies Born from the stringent semiconductor industry, GDS has implemented and applied proven Ultra High Purity (UHP) orbital welding and fabrication techniques tailored to the ever-increasing demands of the pharmaceutical, semiconductor, medical, aerospace, vacuum, and instrumentation industries.




		OEM Weldments GDS is your comprehensive outsourcing solution provider for manufacturing OEM weldments and sub-assemblies. Weldments are fabricated in our Class 100 cleanroom, white room, and 2000 square foot fabrication shop.




		Custom Spool Pieces GDS custom spools are designed to eliminate process fittings and reduce dead leg entrapment areas. Our fabrication method includes the use of precision equipment and proven welding and polishing techniques to produce precision, high quality assemblies.




		Skidded Systems GDS specializes in the fabrication of custom skid mounted systems. Our engineering staff runs the gamut from conceptual design through the execution of the finished system. We are problem solvers and implement creative methods to meet customer requirements.




		Field Installation & Services GDS performs on-site orbital welding installations for the pharmaceutical, bio-reactor, food and beverage industries.




		Engineering / Product Development / Weld Procedure Evaluation Our extensive fabrication experience in the mechanical, precision welding, industrial, bio-pharmaceutical, and gas delivery industries coupled with long term relationships developed with industry leading engineers, allow us to provide you with resources to fully evaluate and design your current engineering project.




		Gas Panels & Manifolds GDS manufactures a complete range of gas panels and manifolds. Standard panels are fabricated from 316L stainless steel, 10-15 Ra electro-polished internals. Standard panels can be fabricated with non- electro-polished internal finishes. Hastelloy panel fabrication is also available.




		Medical Tools GDS has developed weld prep geometries and welding techniques specifically designed to meet the requirements of the medical tool design and fabrication industry. We utilize precision TIG, Micro-Plasma, and Laser welding equipment to perform these tasks.




		Helium Leak Testing / Pressure Testing / Hydrostatic Testing Our QC staff will rigorously test your assembly or system utilizing video borescope systems, helium detection or pressure via argon, compressed air or water. Radiography available.




		Equipment & Capabilities GDS provides custom fabrication and UHP precision welding for a wide array of applications for the pharmaceutical, instrumentation, medical and USP / WFI water industries. We provide both onsite and in house UHP precision welding and orbital welding services. We maintain a Class 100 Clean Room providing custom fabricated weldments and gas panels to the instrumentation and gas industries.
